BS from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
Served in the US Army and the New Mexico Army National Guard from 1979 to 2008.
Worked the US/Mexico Border as a helicopter pilot with the National Guard and the Border Patrol from 1994 to 2018.
Lived in Dona Anna County since 1994.
